30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return if you’re not satisfied.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in its original condition: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact us at hello@climberspace.com to start the process.
  • Returns should be sent to: Qlayaat, Main Road
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
  • Note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are $25 (or $5 for domestic orders).

Damages and Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Notify us within 2 months of discovering any defects.
  • Warranty does not cover damages from misuse or non-manufacturing related issues.
  • Contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Exceptions

  • No returns on perishable, custom, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
